why was it neccessary to move away from the old system of electrification where one can electrify their premises from their pockets!

that apply to the tarring of roads where one needed to pay from their pockets for the tarring of roads since tar was supplied by private concerns not public sector.when we have this situation where in order for you to be heard you must be politically correct its not worth our cent to contribute to discussion about development, growth and sustainability because we speak from the heart not from dictations and whims!if i can ask them the question above i will be called all kinds of expletives and profanities as someone who don`t care about the mob delivery of wholesale energy to the poor blah blah blahhh...

despite the installation of infrastructure worth millions of rands streets become a river when it rains borne by the blockage of the drainage system an while they know what causes this blockage they don`t instruct the by-laws enforcers to police the infrastructure to prevent the littering of kerbs and pavements!

Its time consumiong talking service delivery in South Africa since we are outsiders who got told what has been decided at Luthuli House and that meaning we must live with that .

The Constitution has virtually been sidelined and things are done like running a home.I was taking a walk around the city centre and I noticed that all this development taking place was done without the public`s input since no invitations were ever issued for submissions of plans, designs or ideas and notices are missing as regards approval or disapproval of development.
